    Class packages available

    Reformer Pilates is a full-body, low-impact workout that can help you tone your muscles and build strength. It also improves core and posture and helps you relax. With the intensity and dynamics of reformer Pilates, you can get more out of the time you spend exercising.

    We believe in the importance of building a solid foundation and have designed these classes to help you achieve proper alignment, technique, and a more mindful practice. These classes are perfect for anyone wanting to master each movement while getting a full-body workout. This class will help you build lean muscle tone, increase your flexibility, and help you let go of any tension from your day.

    TOWER CLASS

    Class packages available

    This class is great for all ages and any fitness level. It is also very gentle on your joints. You can also learn body awareness and articulation with this class, or you can use it to improve your Pilates practice. Be ready to show up and work HARD!!

    FIT-FUSION

    Class packages available

    FIT-FUSION is a fun, energetic jumpboard class that takes the impact out of jumping by taking cues from the reformer. The class format keeps your workout fast-paced while remaining super easy on your joints.

    FITCORE

    Class packages available

    FitCore's full-body class works the entire body top to bottom, focusing on legs, glutes, core, and arms in a circuit-training format with combo moves that require focus and coordination. Using FitCore's many exercise props, leave feeling every muscle in your body shaking! Perfect for individuals with a busy schedule that need an all-in-one workout.
